The Miller Arms is one of the oldest building in the village of Singleton. It was originally called the Hornby Arms and dates back to the 1700s. It was renamed when Thomas Miller bought the Singleton Estate and built much of the village that we know you’ll love just as much as we do.

The Miller Arms retains many of its original features and we’re proud to still be the heart of a thriving warm and friendly community. Believe it or not we’ve even got a wishing well (that’s why we have the Two Pence pieces from the 1700’s in our logo).

We’ve worked hard though to blend history with our passion for high quality food and drink. When we opened the doors again we wanted it to be exactly the kind of place where we would like to enjoy our days off, our days out or just popping in for a quick pint after work. What we’ve built is a proper pub, with proper quality food  and a team of people who have created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, where everybody’s welcome.

Our Autumn to Winter Menu

At The Greedy Badger, we’re passionate about serving hearty, comforting food made with quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu has something for everyone, from starters like Salt and Pepper Calamari and Pork Belly Bites to mains such as Lamb Shank with Mint Jus, Steak and Ale Pie and Hunters Chicken.

Seafood lovers can enjoy our Pan Fried Salmon or classic Beer Battered Haddock, while our burgers and flatbreads remain a firm favourite for those looking for something satisfying. For vegetarians, dishes like Sweet Potato and Chickpea Curry or our Homemade Cheese and Onion Pie offer rich and warming flavours.

To finish, our desserts provide the perfect sweet ending, with choices such as Sticky Toffee Pudding, Lemon Meringue Pie and Chocolate Brownie Sundae.

Pizza Night – Every Evening Tuesday to Saturday
Join us for a taste of Italy with our famous stone-baked pizzas and garlic breads. Our selection offers something for everyone, from the fiery kick of ‘The Hot One’ to the classic Hawaiian and the fully loaded Veggy. For a simpler option, our Mozzarella and Garlic Butter or classic Margherita are always a favourite.
Gluten-free pizza bases are available too.

Grill Night – Friday Evening Only
Savour the sizzle with our Grill Night, featuring premium cuts cooked to perfection over an open flame. Featuring premium cuts cooked to perfection, our dishes include a tender 6oz Fillet Steak, a hearty 8oz Rump Steak and a thick, juicy 10oz Gammon Steak. We also offer a delicious Cauliflower Steak as a rich, vegetarian alternative. Every dish is served with homemade chips and garden peas and can be customised with your choice of sauces and sides.

Our Sunday Menu

Sundays are all about good food and great company at The Greedy Badger. Our Sunday menu features classic British dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, from our Traditional Sunday Roasts to fresh seafood options like our Fish Pie. Start with Chilli King Prawns or Honey and Mustard Sausage Bowbons, then enjoy a roast with all the trimmings, including homemade Yorkshire puddings and rich gravy.

If you’re in the mood for something different, try our Steak and Ale Pie or Beer Battered Haddock. And don’t forget dessert – our Sticky Toffee Pudding and Belgian Waffles are the perfect way to end your meal.

Picturesque views and beautiful location. Great menu choice, plenty to choose from. Portion sizes are very generous (which isn’t a bad thing) you get your money’s worth! Millers Double Cheese Burger – well presented and piping hot. I’m ashamed to say I couldn’t finish it all. Our Famous Club Sandwich – Yummy and refreshing. Enjoyed every bite. The coleslaw on the side was delicious.

Superb service with amazing food. Celebrated my mums birthday here today. First time we’ve been. Julie and Faye couldn’t have done any more for us. Above and beyond at every stage. Really, really excellent food and great value. Thank you so much. We’ll be back soon!

Ample parking with views of Blackpool Tower in the distance. The country pub interior is comfortable and clean, with welcoming staff. We sat outside in the sunshine and ordered the Chicken Chow Mein and Chicken, Leek, and Bacon Pie with homemade chunky chips. Both dishes were flavourful and well-cooked.

Great service great food lovely place. Went with friends for our Christmas Meal get together and I must say it was the best Christmas Meal I’ve had eating out. Three courses all served by lovely friendly staff who looked after us all evening topping up our drinks and delivering our meals piping hot.Thank you all for a lovely festive time.

Venison burger for the win! We were pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality of the meal and fantastic service. We chose to eat here as we drove past. It proved to be a great decision. If you enjoy great pub food that is not too expensive than this is a good choice.

A great pub should feel as warm and inviting as your front room at home so besides doing food well we also know how to run an exceptional cellar which means we do a cracking pint. We’re proudly a completely dog-friendly venue, but all we ask is that you allow us to seat you in the bar area instead of the main restaurant, so everyone has the best experience. To make your furry friends feel extra special, we’ve even got a selection of treats on hand to ensure they’ll want to come back again and again, just like you.

Who doesn’t love a good Sunday roast?

It’s a beloved British institution, and here, we take it seriously. We’re incredibly proud that so many people choose to spend their Sundays with us, relaxing and enjoying a hearty, home-cooked meal instead of spending hours in the kitchen themselves. Our Sunday lunches have earned quite the reputation, and for good reason.

That’s why we strongly recommend arriving early to secure your spot—because once the final slice of perfectly roasted meat is carved and that last golden, crisp Yorkshire pudding is served, we’re all done for the day. When it’s gone, it’s gone!

Been meaning to visit here for a while and wasn’t disappointed a really good setup inside and most importantly amazing food. You will struggle to find a better Sunday roast dinner on the Fylde coast.

Decided to call back to this lovely friendly country pub for Sunday dinner and wasn’t disappointed my wife and I both decided to have the turkey and wasn’t disappointed all fresh veg homemade Yorkshire pudding and the turkey was lovely and moist great value for money

Lovely Sunday roast dinner from a great varied menu. Julie & Lee are great hosts with a warm welcome and great service. Highly recommended. We definitely will be returning.
