Welcome to The Miller Arms.
The Miller Arms is one of the oldest buildings in the village of Singleton. Originally called the Hornby Arms and dating back to the 1700s, it was renamed when Thomas Miller bought the estate and built much of the village you see today. We have retained many of our original features, including our very own historic wishing well.
We have worked hard to blend this history with our passion for high-quality food and drink. We wanted to build exactly the kind of place where we would choose to spend our days off, enjoying proper food in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where absolutely everyone is welcome.

The food at The Greedy Badger is a true team effort, built on exceptional relationships with independent and specialist suppliers across the Fylde. Our butchers, fishmongers and veg men work closely with us to showcase the outstanding local produce right on our doorstep.
We believe in letting our ingredients be true to themselves. Our Head Chef does not overcomplicate things, instead the focus is entirely on driving incredible flavours, perfecting textures and creating harmony between the elements of each dish.

Our Main Menu
At The Greedy Badger, our main menu celebrates honest flavours and outstanding local produce. Start your meal with tempting small plates like salt and chilli scampi or honey and mustard sausage bon bons. For a lighter bite, explore our fresh salads, flatbread skewers and classic sandwiches. When you are ready for the main event, our kitchen excels at hearty traditional pub fare. Choose from homemade pies, premium steaks from the grill or our double steak burgers served on warm brioche. We also have a dedicated Little Badgers menu packed with child-friendly classics to keep the whole family happy.
Our Midweek Offers Menus
We believe great pub food should offer brilliant value all week long. Join us from Monday to Thursday to take advantage of our fantastic midweek set menus. Pop in between 12pm and 5pm for our two-course Lunch Set Menu at just £12.95 or visit between 5pm and 8pm for our two-course Evening Set Menu for £15.95. Both menus feature a choice of starters and hearty pub favourites like steak and ale pie, fish and chips and classic gammon steak. Families are always welcome and kids can eat for just £2.50 on weekday afternoons when an adult dines with them

Sundays are sacred, and we believe they should be spent relaxing with family, friends, and fantastic food. Join us for a proper traditional roast, featuring prime cuts of locally sourced meat from our Fylde butchers, perfectly crispy roasties, seasonal veg, and Yorkshire puddings as big as your plate. Served with lashings of proper rich gravy.
We bring the same honest, flavour-driven approach to our Sundays. Working with our incredible local suppliers, our kitchen team prepares the ultimate Sunday roast. Choose from our slow-roasted meats or delicious vegetarian options, all served with all the trimmings you would expect from a proper pub. Once they are gone, they are gone!
